It is composed by a sleeping area with two beds that can be converted into a double one, a living area with sofa bed and a table for 6 people, a bathroom with shower and covered terrace (14 mq), kitchen corner.

Amenieties: bedroom with 2 single beds ( that can become a double bed), living room with sofabed and kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.

For long term rent ( more than 1 month stay):
the monhtly rate is 1050 euros + utilities on consumption, internet 40 euros per month, final cleaning fee 80 euros.

Conditions : -Final cleaning fee: 20 euros per person ( minimum rate 40 euros)-Cautional deposit 150 euros -Utilities included up to 1 month

Not included :

• Electricity: in according to consume
• Final Cleaning: 60 euro
• One animal is allowed with an increase of 50 euros of weekly rent and of 100 euros on the final cleaning.
